10 Yard Dumpster Rental
Heavy-debris dumpster for dirt, concrete and asphalt
Our 10 yard dumpster is built for dense, heavy material. Because heavy debris hits a weight limit long before it fills a big box, a short, low container is the safest and most cost-effective way to haul it.

10 Yard Dumpster Weight Limit
Every 10 yard rental includes 10 tons of disposal. Weight above that is billed at $175.3 per ton, based on the scale ticket from the disposal facility.
The 10 yard is our heavy-debris box, so it carries the biggest weight allowance relative to its size. Concrete, dirt and brick weigh well over a ton per cubic yard, which is why a short container is the safe way to haul them.

10 Yard Dumpster for Home Renovation
For renovation work the 10 yard fits the heavy part of the job: a bathroom tile and mortar tear-out, a brick fireplace, a concrete patio or a small kitchen with stone counters. Bulky but light debris like cabinets and drywall fills it quickly, so most whole-room remodels move up to a 20 yard.

10 Yard Dumpster for Construction
Contractors use the 10 yard for foundation and slab work, hardscape demolition, grading spoils and post-hole dirt. It keeps heavy loads within road limits and fits on tight sites where a longer box will not.

10 Yard Dumpster in San Francisco
In San Francisco the 10 yard is the easiest container to place. Its short footprint fits a single parking space or a shallow garage apron, which makes it the practical choice for Victorian bathroom gut-outs, plaster and lath, and backyard concrete in the Sunset, Richmond and Excelsior.

Preparing for Your 10 Yard Dumpster
- Keep heavy loads level with the top rails; never overfill a heavy-debris box.
- Load clean concrete and clean dirt separately when you can; it keeps disposal simple.
- Plan for about 60 feet of straight-line access for the truck, a 10–12 foot wide drop area and 23–25 feet of overhead clearance so the bed can tilt.
